Projectmanager (Energy Control Systems)

• Directing, planning and execution of multiple projects of medium to high complexity or projects with multiple sub-projects;
• Leading and supporting the project team to achieve project deliverables, quality and customer satisfaction;
• Coordinating with the Customer Account Manager to act as primary point of customer contact;
• Reporting and communicating about project status and project progress in a timely and professional manner;
• Managing and controlling all costs that are related to the project;
• Evaluating and implementing continuous improvement in the product development process;
• Resolving problems quickly, effectively and professionally.

• A Bachelor degree in Engineering or related technical field;
• Experience in project management for a minimum of 2 years;
• Experience in project management in the fields of energy control systems, chemical and/or process industry knowledge is an advantage;
• Good knowledge and experience with project management tools;
• Good knowledge of the product life cycle process;
• Good leadership skills; ability to manage conflict, setting priorities in the team and define roles, responsibilities and objectives;
• Excellent written and verbal expression in English is required, an extra language is a preference, Dutch is not required;
• Good communication and presentation skills and a representative appearance;
• Assertiveness and ability to address all issues with all people involved;
• Hands-on mentality and able to work under (time) pressure – also on location (limited travel expected).

Woodward Hoofddorp is responsible for providing sales and engineering solutions to customers in Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA). Woodward Hoofddorp employs over 60 people. Because of an increasing number of projects, we are looking for a Project Manager who will be responsible for coordinating and leading projects from beginning to end. We are searching for a professional, who is willing to pursue a career with Woodward as a Project Manager directing our international projects.
